Vehicles Redemption

Ultimate Towing Services, LLC understands that having your vehicle towed or placed in impound can be a frustrating and stressful experience. Our professional and respectful team is dedicated to reducing that stress and making the recovery process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Vehicle Redemption Guidelines

  • Only the registered owner of the vehicle is authorized to reclaim a vehicle from impound.
  • To obtain a vehicle release, the owner must present valid proof of ownership (such as a title or registration) along with current proof of insurance.
  • The vehicle owner will be required to provide the year, make, model, and color of the vehicle to receive release information. Providing the reason for the tow may also be helpful.
  • If the vehicle was towed as the result of an accident and is awaiting an insurance inspection, the owner must first contact their insurance provider before the vehicle can be released.
  • While an insurance claim is in progress, Ultimate Towing Services, LLC can assist with transporting the vehicle to a repair facility or salvage yard chosen by the owner.
  • Vehicles impounded by law enforcement for criminal investigations or evidence holds require a written authorization from the appropriate police department before release.
  • If you are unsure whether a police release is required, our staff can help determine what documentation is necessary.
  • All towing, storage, and related fees must be paid in full prior to the release of any vehicle.
  • Ultimate Towing Services, LLC accepts cash, credit cards, and debit cards for all vehicle release payments.
